Kim Stephens
Kim, a York native, brings over 40 years of real estate and financial services experience to the office. She started with York County Title in 1998 and is office manager with Nebraska Abstracter and Title Insurance Licenses. She has a vast amount of knowledge in all areas of the title business, with focus on real estate home, farm closings and 1031 exchanges. She is currently the chairman for the York County Planning Commission, a York Chamber Ambassador, a member of the Nebraska Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, St. Joseph’s Church, Catholic Daughters, Alter Society and York High School Sports Boosters Club. She is a former TEAMMATES mentor and a past board member of the Nebraska Land Title Association. Kim and her husband Kevin enjoy traveling, York High School Sports, weekends at their lake house boating and spending precious time with her three children, their spouses and three amazing grandchildren. |
Vicky Ziegler
Vicky of rural York County has been with York County Title since 1998, and is the Assistant Office Manager. She graduated from Southeast Community College in Beatrice with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Diversified Agriculture. Vicky’s background in farming and her keen sense to detail make her a natural in working with agricultural land which is where her expertise lies. Her 25+ years of title experience makes her a very valuable asset to the company. Vicky and her husband Chris farm near Thayer. Vicky spends her “free” time with her husband, and their three daughters, and attends to the business of their family farm operation. Vicky is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Utica and is active in church activities; dedicates time to the York County Ag Society – York County Fair Board, and to the Gresham Ball Association. |
Laura Rowe
Laura joined York County Title Co. in September of 2011, becoming a Licensed Title Agent in 2012 and a Licensed Abstracter in 2014. Her primary duties include escrow closings and title insurance. Beginning in 1991, she started work in the financial services industry in positions covering all areas of financial services. Branching out, she became a payment processing representative for a national payment processing corporation for two years. Following that experience, she took the opportunity to be an independent mortgage loan specialist, before moving to a local bank to serve in loan administration and mortgage loan processing/closing. Laura holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bank Operations Degree from the American Institute of Banking. She is a Leadership York graduate, past Sertoma member, past board member of the York Youth Soccer Association and past Jaycees member. Laura and her husband Troy have three children. She enjoys watching her children’s activities, reading, crafts and playing the piano. |
Tricia Heine
started with York County Title Co. in April 2021. She is the first person to greet you in our office and is very courteous and helpful to customers and her co-workers. Her exceptional organizational skills keep the office running smoothly as she processes and prioritizes the office workload.
She has an interest in and enjoys researching the land records. She delivers all documents to the courthouse to be filed, obtains all court files needed, picks up daily filings from the courthouse, along with copies to keep our Abstract Plant up to date. Tricia and her husband Greg live and farm near Waco. Originally from Neola, Iowa, she earned an Associate Degree from Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs. She previously worked in clerical settings in the medical field. She keeps busy managing her home and her twin sons’ activities. She is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Utica. She enjoys reading, camping and spending time with family. |
